Greetings from the Coast of the East!!
All is going well, and so far my trip has really been a blast. There were a couple of hairy times, not as is in actual hair, as in things were a little ittsy bittsy iffy, but all in all, this trip has been super fun. I love my Aunt Ruth dearly, and it's been a blast getting to know my Uncle Dan. They are so great! And it's also been good to spend the time with my mom. You know that point where you grow up enough to realize that your mom is more then just a mom, she is also a person? That didn't come out quite right. What I'm trying to say is that as a child, your mom is on a different level then the people around you. But (now that I'm old) I have been able to really appreciate her as my friend as well as my mom. But enough squishy-ness for now, here it is pushing eleven (that's 8pm for you West Coaster's) and the alarm is going to go off at 8am (that's FIVE AM in real time, I mean West Coast time).
I promise to save up all the funny stories and probably write them out later.
